Cybersecurity laboratory is hosted by Salo IoT campus. It provides services for manufacturing industry and companies developing IoT products or services by performing assessment of device cybersecurity.

Test scenarios

  • Adversary has physical access to the device e.g. device stolen or temporary access to fixed installation of the device.
  • Adversary has wireless RF access to the device.
  • Adversary has IP network access device.

The device access can be communication interfaces (ports or wireless), device UI, console accessible from the interfaces, or from the IP connection, or device components inside the case.

Cyber Test Lab is part of TUAS activities as a member of The European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO), Finnish Information Security Cluster (FICS), and ISO/IEC – JTC1/SC41; International standardization in the area of Internet of Things and related technologies.
